About the Project
Veltro is a cross-border e-commerce platform serving sellers operating across multiple online marketplaces. Its business involves complex workflows spanning multi-platform order management, multi-warehouse inventory control, procurement coordination, cross-border logistics, and multi-currency financial settlement. As sellers expand across channels and regions, they need an integrated ERP system to unify operations and improve visibility from order to profit.
To support the operational needs of cross-border e-commerce sellers, we designed and implemented an ERP platform tailored for multi-platform retail and global fulfillment. The solution integrates major sales channels such as Amazon, Shopify, eBay, AliExpress, and Temu, enabling automatic order synchronization, order splitting and merging, and warehouse-based fulfillment allocation. It also supports multi-warehouse inventory management across China, New Zealand, Australia, and overseas locations, with real-time stock synchronization, SKU and bundle management, and inventory alerts. In addition, the system covers supplier management, purchase orders, landed cost calculation, logistics provider integration, freight estimation, shipment tracking, multi-currency accounting, platform fee allocation, and real-time profit calculation per order. Through centralized reporting and operational dashboards, Veltro helps sellers improve order efficiency, reduce stock and logistics risks, and make faster, data-driven decisions on product, replenishment, and advertising strategies.
Result
Project Outcome
The ERP platform gave Veltro a unified operational center for cross-border e-commerce. Orders from multiple marketplaces could be managed in one system, inventory became more accurate across warehouses, and procurement and logistics workflows became more standardized and traceable. Management gained clearer visibility into shipping costs, platform fees, and real profit per order, while reporting tools supported better decisions on best-selling SKUs, replenishment timing, market performance, and advertising efficiency. Overall, the system reduced manual workload, improved fulfillment accuracy, and strengthened operational and financial control across the business.
