About the Project
MGG Ecopack Group Ltd is a family-owned packaging retailer based in central Auckland, supplying eco-friendly packaging materials to local businesses.
With growing business demand, MGG Ecopack struggled with manual invoicing, disconnected inventory tracking, and inefficient financial reconciliation. We developed a lightweight yet powerful system deeply integrated with Xero, enabling automated invoicing, BOM-based inventory management, and real-time sales insights tailored for small business operations.
