About the Project

Atelier is a fast-growing street dance education company offering structured dance programs across multiple studios, serving students of different age groups and skill levels.

As Atelier expanded its class offerings and student base, managing class bookings, scheduling, teacher assignments, and student attendance became increasingly complex. The company relied heavily on manual coordination and fragmented tools, leading to scheduling conflicts, inefficient class utilization, and limited visibility into operations. We designed and implemented a customized ERP system tailored for dance education, covering class booking, scheduling, teacher management, student enrollment, attendance tracking, and payment management. The system provides a centralized platform for managing daily operations and improves both operational efficiency and student experience.
